How do we book a date?

I will book your shoot in my diary for your due date. This is so I know I have a baby arriving roughly around then (give or take a few weeks each side!|)

Once your baby has been born, I ask if you could let me know within 48 hours of the birth. I'll send you my availability for the following 14 days so you can book a date and time that suits your family.

My baby has already been born, am i too late to book?

I advise to book 3-5 months in advance. I do sometimes have last minute availability if babies have arrived early or are late! It's always worth asking if I have a slot if your baby has already been born and you would like to book. I aim to have all my pre booked sessions in the studio within 14 days of the baby being born. If you feel you have left it too late I wouldn't worry, I have photographed babies up to 7 weeks old and still managed to achieve the newborn style photos!

What to wear?

A few weeks before your due date I will send you my style guide! I recommend all my clients wear white plain clothing. This ensures that the photos from your session will remain in my signature style; light, bright, crisp and clean!

Can you do some photos in black and white?

You get all your final chosen images in both colour and black and white!

What is your availability?

I only take on 8 Newborn Sessions per month, this reduces to 6 in Wedding Season! I like to make sure my clients receive the best service possible and I don't like rushing my sessions or my editing.

wHAT DO WE BRING?

You will receive my welcome guide when you book your session in with me. This will explain everything you need to know about having a session.

I have an extensive Newborn wardrobe which you are welcome to pick from. If you would like to bring your own outfits, feel free to do that too!

How do payment plans work?

Depending how far in advance you book, you can split the session fee in to equal payments in the months leading up to your session. For example; if you booked your Newborn Session in March and your due date is in June you can pay your £100 deposit upon booking and then split the remainder in to 3 monthly payments.

Can we buy extra images?

Yes of course, extra images are £25 each and you can select these once you have your proof gallery.

How quickly do we get our photos?

You will receive your proof gallery within a week of your session. This is not edited at all. These photos are for you to view and make your selection. Your proof gallery will be open for 48 hours for you to make your selection. Once these have been chosen you will receive your final full edited and retouched images within 14 days.
